Ideal Candidate Profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment (Chick-fil-A experience preferred)
• Self-directed, honest, and respectful leader with high emotional intelligence
• Adapts quickly and stays composed under pressure
• Communicates clearly and motivates others with enthusiasm and positivity
• Flexible and willing to adjust schedule to meet business needs
• Possesses a growth mindset and a strong desire to serve and learn
• High school diploma or equivalent required
