(Please note: This location is a 'Grand Opening' restaurant. Thus, applications are now open, but we will not begin conducting in-person interviews the week of October 5th & beyond)

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Provide elevated hospitality - Smile, Create and Maintain Eye Contact, Speak Enthusiastically, Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
