Operations Manager - People Development

We are seeking an experienced manager who is passionate about developing people, leading high-performing teams, and driving results in a fast-paced environment. At Chick-fil-A Moscow, this role is responsible for both leading a team of 50+ team members and actively operating the business day-to-day. You will be expected to develop future leaders while also executing at a high level within the operation. This is a hands-on leadership role —you will not only coach and develop the team, but also work alongside them in both Front and Back of House to ensure excellence in execution. Key Responsibilities Leadership & People Development Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Team Members Directly oversee and influence a team of 50+ employees Drive performance through accountability, coaching, and feedback Identify and develop future leaders within the organization Support onboarding, training systems, and performance management Operations Execution & Oversight Lead/Oversee daily operations in both Front and Back of House Work hands-on in the operation while coaching in real time Ensure strong execution in food safety, quality, and guest experience Oversee high-volume Drive-Thru performance and shift execution Identify operational gaps and implement solutions quickly Culture & Standards Build a high-performance, team-first culture Set clear expectations and hold leaders accountable Ensure consistency in systems, standards, and execution What to Expect This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced restaurant environment You will be actively working in the kitchen and operations daily Majority of time spent on the floor leading and developing the team High level of ownership, accountability, and influence Qualifications Proven management experience required Experience leading large teams (30–50+ employees strongly preferred) Strong background in coaching, performance management, and team development Ability to lead in a high-expectation, fast-paced environment Open availability, including evenings and weekends ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain) Safety & Workplace Standards Promote a safe, organized, and compliant work environment Identify hazards and partner with leadership to resolve issues promptly Support safety initiatives and reinforce safe work habits Why This Role Matters The Operations Lead helps establish the foundation and reputation of Chick-fil-A Moscow.
