Position Overview

We are hiring full-time Front of House Team Members to help deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Front of House Team Members are responsible for serving guests, maintaining operational standards, and supporting the team during daily service.

This role focuses on hospitality, teamwork, and operational execution.

No prior restaurant experience is required. We provide training and development to help you succeed.

Pay & Schedule

• $19.50 – $22.00 per hour
• Part-time or Full-time position
• Flexible scheduling including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities

Front of House Team Members help create a remarkable guest experience and support daily operations by:

• Greeting and serving guests with hospitality and professionalism
• Taking orders and handling cash or card transactions
• Working both inside the restaurant and outside in drive-thru positions
• Maintaining speed and accuracy during busy service periods
• Supporting team members to keep operations running smoothly
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization standards
• Following food safety and operational procedures

Physical & Operational Expectations

This is an active, fast-paced role. Team Members should be comfortable:

• Being on their feet for all of the shift
• Working both indoors and outdoors depending on the position
• Lifting up to 50 pounds when needed
• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift
• Handling multiple tasks at once during busy periods
