General Responsibilities
- Protect the Chick-fil-A Brand
- Train, mentor, and coach the team
- Ensure operational excellence in the front and back of the house
- Monitor productivity data and adjust staff as needed
- Ensure breaks are taken appropriately
- Approve meal discounts
- Verify cash drawers and final counts
- Ensure legitimacy of bills
- Complete daily critical checklists
- Enforce safety procedures
- Complete cleaning and stocking checklists
- Identify and develop future leaders
Required Skills/Abilities
- Age requirement: 18 yrs or older
- Positive and professional attitude
- Effective communication and conflict management skills
- Ability to lead and influence effectively
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Work outside in a variety of weather
- Effective communication with different languages
