Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Serve each other and our Front-of-House team
- Share a Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak Enthusiastically and with a friendly tone
- Always say "My Pleasure" when thanked
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Maintain a clean, organized, food safe work environment at all times
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Treat everyone with honor, dignity, and respect
- Work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team
- Adhere to policies, procedures and appearance guidelines at all times
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Other duties as assigned
