Job Title: Back of House (BOH) Team Member
Location: Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard
Availability: 5:00 AM -2:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Pay Range: $11-$15
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards.
- Cleaning & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing surfaces.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Guest Engagement: Honor the values of Chick-fil-A by creating emotional connections with guests, even from the back of house.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Open to a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Ability to lift and carry 55 lbs.
- Strong accountability and reliability.
