Role Overview
As the Senior Culinary Director, you will be responsible for:
• Leading culinary and kitchen operations with precision, consistency, and excellence
• Setting and upholding an elite standard of food safety, quality, and cleanliness
• Developing strong kitchen leadership through training, coaching, and accountability
• Building systems that support team development, retention, and performance
• Catering execution and operational excellence
• Ensuring seamless alignment between kitchen execution and overall restaurant operations
