About the Role
We’re seeking an Operations Director to provide hands-on leadership to our 85 team members and help drive operational excellence across the business. This leader will oversee daily operations, improve systems and processes, elevate guest experience, and develop high-performing teams.
This role is ideal for a driven, people-centric leader who wants to grow into senior leadership—or even pursue Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator candidacy in 3–5 years.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations
- Implement and improve systems that enhance efficiency & guest experience
- Build, mentor, and develop team members
- Ensure food safety, quality, and brand standards
- Analyze business operations and drive sustainable sales & profit growth
- Partner with the Operator and Leadership Team on strategy, planning, and execution
