Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Kitchen Director position located in Saraland, AL. The Kitchen Director will oversee and manage kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation, safety, cleanliness, and quality. Responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising kitchen staff, training team members, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires effective collaboration with other directors and leaders to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Food Preparation and Cooking to ensure excellent quality and consistency in meal production
- Strong knowledge of Hygiene and Safety protocols to maintain a clean and compliant working environment
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively guide and collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members
- Customer Service skills to foster a positive dining experience, supporting overall team and guest satisfaction
- Leadership experience, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate a team
- Previous management or supervisory experience in food service is an asset
- ServSafe certification is required
