Role Description
The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of a Chick-fil-A restaurant, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high food safety standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing team performance, optimizing operational processes, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The Director of Operations will collaborate closely with the Owner-Operator to implement business strategies and foster a positive, customer-focused environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lexington, KY.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Operations Management, including optimizing workflows and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Strong Analytical Skills to gather and interpret data for decision-making and problem-solving.
- Experience in Team Management, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff while fostering a collaborative workforce.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight, including cost management and revenue optimization.
- Commitment to Customer Service excellence and creating a welcoming and consistent guest experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in the restaurant or food service industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
