Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Post and engage daily across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Develop content that reflects Chick-fil-A’s brand voice, values, and community presence.
- Track performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for growth.
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan, promote, and host in-store and community events.
- Partner with local schools, churches, apartments and organizations to create memorable brand moments.
- Manage event logistics, budgets, supplies, and post-event follow-up.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Create and implement quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with restaurant goals.
- Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches, and local store marketing initiatives.
- Maintain alignment with Chick-fil-A corporate brand standards.
Community Engagement
- Build partnerships with local businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders.
- Represent Chick-fil-A at community gatherings, sponsorships, and networking events.
- Identify outreach opportunities that align with our mission and values.
