Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 4 hours and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures.
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with honor, dignity and respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
- Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks.
- Responsible for facilities management.
- All other duties as assigned.
