This Coach role will involve providing leadership to our Catering Team with other off the floor responsibilities centered around sales and brand growth. With a focus outside the store, this person will build community relationships through canvasing and develop a strategy to use all the tools to grow our brand in the Mahoning Valley.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors in HR preferred
- Experience as a leader in the customer service and/or production environment
- Has led more than 12 people at a time for at least 2 years
- Proven ability to lead in quick paced environments as part of a team
- Basic computer competency
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store.
- Be able the need to meet the physical demands of the position which at times may include, but is not limited to, standing for up to extended periods of time and able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures.
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with honor, dignity and respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
- Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and service support.
- Works with the Leadership Team to ensure appropriate daily restaurant staffing levels.
- Must be an excellent coach, communicator and team builder.
- Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks.
- Responsible for facilities management.
- All other duties as assigned.
