As a Manager, you will help lead daily restaurant operations, develop team members, and ensure Chick-fil-A’s high standards for food quality, hospitality, and operational excellence are consistently delivered. Responsibilities • Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences • Maintain strong operational standards in both front-of-house and kitchen operations • Provide visible leadership in guest-facing roles, including hospitality and order-taking when needed • Coach, develop, and mentor team members to grow their leadership and service skills • Execute monthly and quarterly operational objectives that contribute to annual business results • Support restaurant performance goals through strong shift leadership and team accountability • Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A food safety and operational procedures • Assist with staffing, inventory management, and product quality standards • Foster a positive team culture built on service, humility, and care for others • Other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For We are looking for leaders who serve first .
