As a Manager, you will help lead daily restaurant operations, develop team members, and ensure Chick-fil-A’s high standards for food quality, hospitality, and operational excellence are consistently delivered. Responsibilities • Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences • Maintain strong operational standards in both front-of-house and kitchen operations • Provide visible leadership in guest-facing roles, including hospitality and order-taking when needed • Coach, develop, and mentor team members to grow their leadership and service skills • Execute monthly and quarterly operational objectives that contribute to annual business results • Support restaurant performance goals through strong shift leadership and team accountability • Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A food safety and operational procedures • Assist with staffing, inventory management, and product quality standards • Foster a positive team culture built on service, humility, and care for others • Other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For We are looking for leaders who serve first . Successful candidates demonstrate: • A genuine passion for serving guests and developing people • A strong work ethic and positive attitude • The ability to lead in fast-paced environments • Confidence leading both operational execution and guest interactions • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • High levels of reliability, ownership, and accountability Basic Qualifications • Previous leadership experience (Shift Lead, Team Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Manager) • Experience working in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members • Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and lead under pressure Work Requirements • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends • Ability to stand for extended periods • Ability to lift and carry 15–50 lbs regularly • Comfortable working outdoors as an Order Taker when needed Compensation $22.00 – $25.00 per hour , depending on experience.
