A shift leader is a crucial part of our business. A shift leader is the face of the restaurant during their shift and is responsible for ensuring each guest that visits walks away having a Remarkable Experience. Restaurant Leadership / Crew Lead / Shift Manager is generally offered as a full time or part time restaurant position. Prior experience as a kitchen shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is very helpful to the success at this position. If no previous leadership experience, must have 9 months experience working in a Chick-fil-A restaurant.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Restaurant Leader / Crew Lead / Shift Manager Minimum Requirements & Responsibilities Include: * Must lead by example. Read and follow all policies contained in the team member handbook, Pathway, Internal Memos, Internal Reports, and any other relevant materials. * Prior experience as a kitchen shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is strongly preferred. * Must have at least 9 months experience working in a Chick-fil-A restaurant or 2 years leadership experience at another food establishment. * Excellent Communication Skills both written and spoken. * Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week. * Be available to work on Friday and Saturday. * Open Availability, specifically availability to close several nights a week is preferred. * Completion and Passing Score of 90% or higher on Certified Trainer Exam required within first three months. * Attend Monthly Sunday Leadership Meeting and Monthly FOH/BOH Leadership Meeting. * Attend Semi-Annual Team Outings. * Engaged in communication with fellow leaders to improve processes and reach goals. * Participate operationally in day to day activities in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant. * Offer the team encouragement to stay true to 2nd Mile Service goals. * Offer immediate/respectful response to guest's needs. * Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, act as a role model for our team. * Be a friendly encouraging team player. * Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder. * Count Drawers and Finalizing Day. Minimum requirements and responsibilities are only the minimum of what's required.
