About the Role
As an Escrow Officer, you will handle all aspects of residential escrow transactions while partnering closely with teammates, clients, and industry partners. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the escrow process for residential real estate transactions
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure accuracy and timely closings
- Communicate proactively with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and internal staff
- Prepare settlement statements and closing documents
- Identify and resolve issues to meet closing timelines
- Maintain compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and partners
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Escrow Officer or Escrow Coordinator.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency with escrow/title production software (e.g., SoftPro)
