Accounts Payable Specialist
Chevy Chase Acura – Bethesda, MD
Chevy Chase Acura is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. This role supports all dealership departments, including Sales, Service, Parts, Detail and Body Shop, by ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and code to GL
- Match invoices to POs and repair orders (ROs)
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain vendor list, including W-9s and payment terms
- File and organize invoices and supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end close and expense tracking
- Ensure proper approvals and internal control compliance
Requirements:
- Accounts Payable experience preferred
- Entry-level candidates welcome with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Dealertrack DMS a plus
- Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
