Office/Administrative Manager Position Summary:
Chetu is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office/Administrative Manager to oversee administrative operations in our Sunrise, FL headquarters. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent multitasking ability, and experience managing both people and processes in a fast-paced office environment.

Essential Functions:
- Manage and oversee the administration team to ensure daily operational excellence.
- Training, and managing administrative team, setting performance goals, and scheduling.
- Monitoring inventory, office supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring facility safety and compliance.
- Managing facilities daily operations, maintenance and repairs.
- Managing administrative budgets, expense tracking, budget reports, and financial documentation related to administrative functions.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration across departments to ensure consistent administrative support.
- Handle vendor relationships, office supply management, and facility coordination.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
- Oversee logistics for travel, tradeshows and events.
- Maintain records, contracts, and company documentation with high attention to confidentiality.
- Oversee correspondence (emails, letters, and memos) and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative systems, workflows, and team efficiency.
- Being able to travel to visit properties.
Experience and Skills Required:
- 3–5 years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or in a senior administrative role.
- Proven leadership experience managing or supervising administrative staff.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong time-management, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
- Experience managing travel logistics, vendor relations, and office budgets.
- Property Management experience preferred.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and client information.
- Proactive approach to solving operational challenges and improving team efficiency.
- Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Experience using AI-based platforms or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI, HRIS).
- Ability to integrate AI insights to optimize administrative workflows and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
