Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
School Setting & Child Partial Hospitalization Program
Location: Uniontown, PA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
No evenings, no weekends, no holidays
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

What You’ll Do
- Administer and manage medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and provide education to clients and families
- Perform nursing assessments, vital signs, and health monitoring to ensure safety and compliance
- Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, educators, and community partners on individualized treatment plans
- Communicate clearly and professionally with parents/guardians and healthcare providers
- Support daily living needs when appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold HIPAA standards

Qualifications:What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor)
- Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing (RN preferred)
- One year of mental health experience preferred
- Compassion, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with children
- Ability to meet PA State Clearance requirements and complete required trainings e.g. (CPR, AED, First Aid, TCI)
