Position Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide full-time, open-access mental health intake services. This role serves as a key entry point for individuals seeking behavioral health care by conducting timely, comprehensive mental health assessments and facilitating appropriate referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct same-day/open-access mental health intakes and assessments
- Complete biopsychosocial evaluations and clinical documentation
- Assess risk, including suicidality and safety concerns, and respond appropriately
- Determine level of care and make internal and external referrals as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Provide brief clinical interventions and psychoeducation as appropriate
Work Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (no evenings or weekends)

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience conducting mental health assessments and intakes preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open-access environment
