As a School-Based Outpatient Therapist, you’ll work directly in school settings to provide counseling and support to students and families. This is your chance to advance your career while making a meaningful difference every day.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with school staff and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Deliver crisis intervention and implement behavior modification strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
- Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing training

Qualifications:What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Clinical practicum completed
- Preferred: LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or license-eligible
- Ability to obtain required clearances FBI, PA Criminal, and Child Abuse
