Lead Group Therapist
Location: New Directions Child & Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–3:30 PM (Standard hours; occasional flexibility required)

What You’ll Do
- Lead & Mentor: Provide daily supervision, guidance, and support to group therapists
- Drive Excellence: Conduct annual performance evaluations and foster professional growth
- Ensure Quality: Oversee clinical documentation, chart audits, and compliance standards
- Collaborate: Assist with program planning and quality assurance initiatives
- Model Care: Promote trauma-informed practices and a positive therapeutic environment

Qualifications:What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of mental health experience, including 2 years as a therapist in a partial hospitalization or similar program
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Current PA State, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
