💼 What You’ll Do:
- Answer local and national crisis calls, including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
- Provide walk‑in support and mobile crisis services throughout Fayette County, PA
- Conduct mental health assessments using evidence‑based practices
- Support individuals experiencing mental health crises, substance use relapse, domestic violence, or reentry challenges
- Utilize de‑escalation techniques and assist with individualized crisis planning
- Connect individuals with essential community resources such as housing, treatment, and case management
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in required systems
Mobile crisis services are completed using a company vehicle — employees do not use their personal vehicles.

- Rotating weekends required
- Base pay: $18.00 per hour
- Shift differentials available for evening and weekend coverage — up to $4.00 per hour

Qualifications:🎓 Education & Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a mental health–related field is required,
OR consideration may be given to candidates with lived mental health experience or a demonstrated history as a mental health advocate - Valid driver’s license required and must meet company insurance coverage requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain:
- FBI Criminal Background Clearance
- PA State Police Clearance
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- Mandated Reporter Training
