CSP is partnering with a private lending firm specializing in real estate investment financing in their search for a Loan Processor. The processor supports capital markets operations by preparing, reviewing, and finalizing loan packages for third-party funding. This role ensures loans are accurately documented, compliant with lender requirements, and pledged promptly. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review loan documents for accuracy and compliance with lender and capital markets guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation and funding issues
- Prepare and maintain loan tapes for third-party lenders
- Ensure timely execution and return of required documents
- Track and resolve issues throughout the funding lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and related systems
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Capital Markets team
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in mortgage loan closing, loan processing, capital markets, private equity, or a related role
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general technology platforms
- Experience with private money or non-traditional lending preferred
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
