CSP is partnering with a well established hard money lender in their search for a Investor Relations Associate. This individual will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our investors, ensuring seamless communication, and overseeing investment processes. You will coordinate directly with investors and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions, precise documentation, and top-tier service. This position offers a unique blend of administrative, client-facing, and strategic responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review investment and funding paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate directly with investors via phone and email to address inquiries, provide updates, and build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including accounting and finance, to gather necessary data and maintain complete documentation.
- Maintain organized records of investor communications, transactions, and relevant documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of investor reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate investor meetings, calls, and events to foster client engagement.
- Provide administrative support to the Investor Relations team, including managing calendars and handling correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within investor relations or financial services.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Knowledge of investment and financial terminology and processes.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
