Management of repair parts is at the heart of our growing Calvert County business.
Working as part of a collegial team in our Huntingtown shop, the Parts Manager orders, receives, quality checks, invoices and manages repair parts.
Experience with auto parts, invoicing and financial calculations preferred.
Salary based upon experience.
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
- Committed to high standards of reliability and productivity.
- Adaptable in your approach and demeanor to meet the shifting demands of different situations.
- A good decision-maker, with a proven track record of making timely and reasonable decisions.
- Adept at planning and prioritizing workload.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, sit and stand for long periods, walk around the property to deliver parts
You will need to:
- Use a computer portal to order, invoice, and document parts.
- Coordinate with our Estimators and Technicians to minimize cycle time.
- Receive and inspect parts deliveries.
- Monitor and organize repair parts and materials.
- Distribute parts to technicians in a timely manner.
- Process timely returns and claims.
