You will:
- Conduct estimate appointments and review the repair process with customers.
- Inspect and analyze collision-damaged vehicles to create repair plans.
- Use CCCOne to write estimates and update in-process work.
- Confirm the appropriate ordering and delivery of parts needed for repairs.
- Monitor repair progress to ensure compliance with established repair and quality standards.
- Ensure communication with customers throughout the repair process, including vehicle status updates.
- Prepare and complete proper paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with manager to ensure that repair schedules are followed and vehicles are delivered on time.
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
