Job Overview
Cherry Ridge Retreat is looking for a self-motivated housekeeper or cleaner with an attention to detail. We operate one of the few upscale, 5 STAR RATED, luxury cabin rental businesses in the Hocking Hills Region and we are looking for someone who can help keep our cabins at the highest caliber. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of our luxurious accommodations. Your dedication will ensure every guest experiences the highest standards of comfort and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of cabins, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring a spotless environment.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to maintain freshness.
- Conduct floor care activities including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to uphold pristine surfaces.
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored safely after use.
Requirements
- Must Have Previous Housekeeper Experience
- Must have use of your own vehicle
- Must have access to email
- Must be able to perform medium lifting
- Background Check Will Be Performed
- No Smoking Property
