Lake Hope Dining Lodge & Cabins in McArthur, OH is seeking experienced Cabin Cleaners for our 67 cabin property. The Cabin Cleaner is responsible for ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests staying at Lake Hope. This position plays a key role in maintaining the property's high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction by thoroughly cleaning cabins, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest cabins including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean windows and surfaces
- Remove trash and recyclables; ensure cabins are refreshed for new arrivals
- Inspect cabins for maintenance issues and report any damages or necessary repairs
- Replenish cleaning supplies and linens from storage areas
- Ensure outdoor entry areas and porches are swept and tidy
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and fellow team members
Qualifications:
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but willing to train hardworking, dedicated candidates
- Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Reliable transportation and dependability
- Comfortable working in a physically active role (bending, lifting, walking, etc.)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Frequent bending, stooping, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions when accessing cabins
