Requirements
- Current RN license or eligibility in Alabama
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- Deliver quality nursing care following organizational policies
- Assess patient conditions and communicate effectively
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care and discharge planning
