Role and Responsibilities: Provide safe and effective inpatient Physical Therapy services by conducting evaluations, treatments, and patient education to meet individualized goals. Communicate professionally with patients, families, and team members to promote teamwork.
Department Overview: Work within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team treating diverse conditions affecting mobility and independence, from pediatrics to geriatrics. The facility features advanced equipment, specialized gyms, and outpatient services, including cancer care and outpatient therapy.
Qualifications: Must hold an unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license and Healthcare Provider Level BLS. Ability to travel between care points is required.
Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation principles; excellent communication, counseling, and business writing skills; effective team collaboration; and time management. Physical demands include lifting, bending, reaching, manual dexterity, and mobility activities, with some tasks performed frequently or continually.
