Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients with neuro/musculoskeletal conditions affecting mobility and independence. Offer services in sports, orthopedic, neurological, stroke, balance, and spinal rehab. Maintain documentation and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications: Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license, Healthcare Provider Level BLS. Ability to travel to multiple care points.
Skills & Abilities: Diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation expertise; counseling skills; strong written and verbal communication; team collaboration; effective time management. Physical demands include lifting, bending, reaching, manual dexterity, and mobility activities.
