Outreach Program Manager (RN)

Role Summary: This position coordinates outreach and education programs aligned with the service line's strategic plan, fostering relationships with healthcare and community partners. It involves developing effective tools and initiatives for stakeholders, collaborating with leadership to implement educational activities, and promoting the service line's objectives.

• Establishing professional communication and partnerships
• Partnering with leadership to coordinate outreach initiatives
• Advocating for the service line in line with organizational goals

Qualifications And Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Critical thinking, decisiveness, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
