The role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of licensed personnel or a Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities Include
- Coordinating patient care with other departments and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
- Performing duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.
- High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current LPN license and compliance with State Board of Nursing requirements.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks.
- Experience can be as a new or experienced LPN.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), LPN-IV certification (or within 3 months of hire), with additional unit-specific certifications as needed.
- Prolonged standing and walking, pushing/pulling/lifting 50 lbs, reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
