We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct patient care across various Adult ICU departments, including Cardiothoracic Vascular, Trauma/Surgical, Medical/Cardiac, and Neuroscience ICU.
Responsibilities include implementing and documenting individualized care plans, assisting with tests and procedures, administering medications, and ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment.
RNs will serve as clinical leaders, participate in orientation and precepting, and respond to emergencies. They must adhere to hospital policies and prioritize patient safety, reporting concerns and medical errors promptly.
Qualifications include a graduated from an accredited nursing program, holding a valid RN license in the state, and CPR certification. Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, bilingual skills, and certification in specialty areas.
Work conditions involve hazardous materials and heavy physical demands.
