We are seeking a Co-worker Health Nurse to provide comprehensive health services to employees under the supervision of the Manager – Co-worker Health.

- Conducting health assessments, immunizations, and TB screenings for co-workers.
- Administering vaccines and performing respirator fit testing and training.
- Providing first aid and managing on-the-job injuries, supporting return-to-work processes.
- Serving as a potential Workers' Compensation coordinator, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Maintaining confidentiality and preparing reports for compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Promoting wellness initiatives and participating in safety committees.
- Current state RN licensure or LPN certification, with relevant hospital/clinical experience.
- For RNs: BLS certification, preferred bachelor's degree.
- For LPNs: BLS and IV certification preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
