Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to ownership
- Support growth planning, potential acquisitions, and long-term exit strategy (~5-year horizon)
- Oversee outsourced accounting and tax functions
- Provide financial insight, reporting analysis, and decision support
- Help formalize and refine CFO responsibilities
- Collaborate with corporate advisors and leadership
Candidate Profile
- Gov Con/VAR Finance leader with experience with founder-led/entrepreneurial stage and lean teams (potentially utilizing outsourced accounting structures)
- Strong strategic finance and business partnering skillset
- Comfortable operating very hands-on with highly fluid/dynamic work environment
- Exposure to M&A, growth strategy, or exit planning preferred
