We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven professional to support the advancement of AuditBoard/Optro Continuous Risk Assessment (CRA) automation. This individual will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable automation solutions and establishing a structured roadmap to enhance risk assessment and audit planning capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Internal Audit, Risk, and business stakeholders to define and document business requirements for CRA automation within AuditBoard
- Analyze current risk assessment methodologies and identify opportunities to enhance automation, efficiency, and data-driven insights
- Develop detailed functional requirements, process flows, and use cases to support risk automation initiatives
- Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap for automation efforts, ensuring alignment with revised risk assessment frameworks and audit plan objectives
- Evaluate and integrate data sources to support automated risk indicators, analytics, and reporting
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented within AuditBoard and related systems
- Support the design and development of dashboards, reporting outputs, and analytics to enhance management visibility into risk trends
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment, workshops, and working sessions to refine automation priorities and deliverables
- Document assumptions, methodologies, and governance standards to ensure sustainability and scalability of solutions
Qualifications:
- Experience with AuditBoard and risk/audit management processes
- Strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process optimization
- Familiarity with Continuous Risk Assessment (CRA) frameworks and audit planning cycles
- Experience developing automation roadmaps and prioritization frameworks
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data sources to support risk analytics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
Salary : $95 - $105
