IT Support Supervisor
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)
Full-time, 40/hour per week
Locations available: Talbott, TN

We’re seeking an IT Support Supervisor to lead our tech support team, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor IT Support staff.
- Manage ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and escalate complex problems.
- Monitor support quality and implement process improvements.
- Oversee inventory, scheduling, and helpdesk coverage.
- Collaborate across departments and communicate updates effectively.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of IT support experience (Associate degree preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems; scripting knowledge a plus.
- Valid TN driver’s license.
