Warehouse Associate | Jewelry Production & Personalization

Cherished Moments children's jewelry is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for Production & Personalization to join our team. This role is responsible for engraving personalized jewelry, packaging products, and supporting various warehouse and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and quality-focused, with the ability to thrive in a repetitive work environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate engraving equipment with precision and a strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality personalized products.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment.
• Inspect orders for quality and accuracy before shipment.
• Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, inventory updates, and order processing.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and maintaining warehouse inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Cross-train and support multiple warehouse functions as business needs require.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable learning and operating engraving machinery and other warehouse equipment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete administrative tasks.
• Willingness to be flexible and assist across various warehouse departments.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining attention to detail.
