Warehouse Associate

Cherished Moments children's jewelry is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders, operating engraving equipment, packaging products, and supporting various warehouse and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and quality-focused, with the ability to thrive in a repetitive work environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate engraving equipment with precision and a strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality personalized products.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment.
• Inspect orders for quality and accuracy before shipment.
• Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, inventory updates, and order processing.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and maintaining warehouse inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Cross-train and support multiple warehouse functions as business needs require.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable learning and operating engraving machinery and other warehouse equipment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete administrative tasks.
• Willingness to be flexible and assist across various warehouse departments.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining attention to detail.
