Jewelry Production Associate (Hybrid)

Cherished Moments is seeking a detail-oriented Jewelry Production Associate to handcraft and/or package beaded jewelry while maintaining the quality standards our customers expect. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys repetitive, hands-on work, has excellent attention to detail, and can consistently follow patterns and instructions.

This is a hybrid position. Production work is completed from home, while training and weekly kit exchanges take place at our Farr West location.

Key Responsibilities

• Handcraft beaded bracelets, necklaces, and other jewelry pieces according to established patterns and specifications.
• Accurately follow design patterns, training materials, and quality standards.
• Package completed jewelry as instructed.
• Inspect completed pieces for quality, consistency, and accuracy before submission.
• Complete miscellaneous jewelry production and assembly tasks as assigned.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and contamination-free workspace.
• Meet weekly production goals while maintaining exceptional quality.

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods while maintaining accuracy.

• Strong time management skills and ability to consistently meet weekly deadlines.

Hybrid Work Requirements

• Initial Training: Required on-site training shift at our Farr West facility.
• Ongoing Training: Attendance at additional on-site training sessions as needed.
• Weekly Kit Exchange: Every Monday before 12pm, associates are required to:
• Return all completed jewelry from the previous week.
• Pick up the following week's production kit.
• Production work is completed from home once training requirements have been met.

Production Expectations

• Minimum commitment of 200 completed units per week (~20 hours)
• Additional optional units may be available based on production needs.
• The weekly minimum of 200 units is mandatory and is not negotiable.
• Because each jewelry piece is assigned to a customer order, all assigned kits must be returned each week. Missed returns are not permitted and will impact employment status.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• No pets are permitted in the workspace where jewelry is assembled, including hypoallergenic or non-shedding breeds. Cherished Moments reserves the right to conduct an initial workspace inspection and additional inspections as needed to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Jewelry must remain free from contamination. Products may not come into contact with lotions, oils, balms, perfumes, cleaning products, or other chemicals. Hands must be clean before handling materials.
• Weekly kit drop-off and pick-up in Farr West every Monday before 12pm is required without exception.
• Associates are solely responsible for the quality and accuracy of every completed piece.

Compensation

This position is commission-based and compensation is earned on completed units.

Quality is just as important as productivity. If completed jewelry does not match the required pattern or does not meet training and quality standards, the associate will be responsible for correcting the work before compensation is issued. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential to success in this role.
