Responsibilities
What You'll Get To Do:
- Provide administrative support for procurement and logistics tasks (filing, data entry, record updates).
- Prepare meeting notes, agendas, or action items for the Asset Management Specialist.
- Assist in developing process improvements or documentation updates (SOPs, checklists, logs).
- Support special projects as assigned by the Procurement/Logistics team.
- Maintain accurate documentation for procurement files, asset records, and audit trails.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with internal policies and contract‑specific requirements.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program as a rising junior or senior.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to effectively communicate.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines.
