At APS (Aviprosys), we operate in high-stakes environments where precision, traceability, and reliability are non-negotiable. We're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist who takes ownership, stays detail-oriented, and thrives in a small, high-responsibility team.
What you'll do
- Receive, store, and manage critical aerospace inventory
- Pick, pack, and ship orders — domestic & international
- Track Part Numbers and maintain full material traceability
- Perform incoming inspections and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
- Support logistics and procurement operations
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years in warehouse or logistics roles
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with ERP systems or Excel for inventory tracking
- Good communication skills in English
A plus if you have
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or technical industries
- Familiarity with Part Numbers / NSN systems
- International shipping or ITAR/export compliance knowledge
