Evolution Edges (a division of Chemung Supply) has been a family run business since 1931, and a key supplier for municipalities, contractors, and distributors throughout the Northeastern United States. Evolution Edges specializes in the manufacture of snow plow wear parts such as plow blades, plow shoes, and spreader chains. The mill operator position entails programing a mill to countersink, drill and mill slots into steel snow plow blades .
Responsibilities:
- Mill programing
- Repeated lifting of heavy objects
Requirements:
- All employees must follow the OSHA guidelines (painters must be clean shaven)
- Ability to lift heavy objects repetitively
- Any machine operation, fork truck operation is a plus
- Possible 2nd shift requirement (3:30PM - 12:00AM)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
