MILL MACHINIST - 1ST SHIFT
Day shift, every week. This is a true first-shift, Monday-Friday milling job - the kind that is genuinely hard to find in this trade. Come in, do interesting machining, and be home for dinner. No nights, no rotating shifts.

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING
Setting up and running CNC and manual mills to make precision parts - work holding in vises and fixtures, locating and indicating parts, loading and adjusting cutting tools, tweaking programs and offsets to hold size, and inspecting your own work with micrometers, calipers, and gages. Experience with 3- and 4-axis milling, G-code, and GD&T is a plus, but we will train the right person.
PAY AND GROWTH
- $24.00-$30.00/hour, depending on experience
- Clear advancement path with raises as your skills grow - up to $100K/year for top machinists
