This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Analyst based in Richmond, VA. The Commission Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing sales commission processes, supporting accurate and timely commission payments, and performing related financial and accounting tasks. Daily responsibilities include calculating commissions, reconciling data, communicating with stakeholders, and providing insights to support decision-making. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Sales Commission processes, including calculation and reconciliation
- Strong Analytical and Finance skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Experience with Accounting practices and principles
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems; advanced Excel skills are a plus
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and collaborate with team members effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a related commission or financial analysis role preferred
