Production, Shipping & Warehouse
Chemtek is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor with the drive and leadership skills to grow into a General Manager role. This position is key to ensuring our products are manufactured, packaged, and delivered on time—safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do
Manufacturing & Warehouse Operations
- Lead day-to-day production and warehouse activities to ensure consistent output.
- Manage product packaging, product quality, safety, and shipping
- Supervise a team of 4-6 Employees (hiring, training, performance management).
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations
- Implement Acumatica and E-Workplace ERP manufacturing floor controls
- Continuously improve processes with lean S5 principles.
Shipping & Logistics
- Manage all shipping operations to guarantee on-time deliveries.
- Oversee HAZMAT and export shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate packaging and quality control to meet customer expectations.
Safety & Quality
- Enforce and enhance safety protocols across all departments.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout production and shipping.
Customer Experience
- Support Chemtek’s “customer first” philosophy by ensuring every order leaves our facility correct, compliant, and on time.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing, shipping, or plant operations.
- Proven leadership and managerial experience.
- Knowledge of S5 or lean manufacturing (strongly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A hands-on leader who motivates teams and drives continuous improvement.
