What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor, Custodian, Housekeeper position at Chemtek?
Janitor, Custodian, Housekeeper amd Porter - is responsible for daily cleaning, general upkeep, and maintaining of our 60,000 SF Manufacturing Plant and Offices in Yanceyville, NC. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the offices, breakroom and restrooms by mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, garbage removal, etc. The manufacturing floor is cleaned daily with an automatic scrubber. You must have a drivers license and be able to pick up parts, supplies and deliver people to the airport as needed. Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours.
Qualifications:
- Verifiable Work Experience in last 2 years
- Experience Housekeeping, Custodial Services or Commercial Cleaning
- Ability to Work Without Supervision
- Reliable Transportation
